Terms & Conditions 

1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

2. The promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of ​Tesco Stores Limited​ of Tesco House, Shire Park, Kestrel Way, Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom, AL7 1GA ("Tesco"), Kellogg Marketing and Sales Company (UK) Limited of Orange Tower, MediaCityUK, Salford, M50 2HF, or any company affiliated with these organisations, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the promotion including the Data Controller and Third-Party Reward Fulfilment Agency.


3. The Promoter is Kellogg Marketing and Sales Company (UK) Limited (03237431 and the registered address is Orange Tower Media City UK, Salford, Greater Manchester, M50 2HF.


4. The Data Controller and Third-Party Reward Fulfilment Agency is TLC Worldwide UK Limited (08443661 and the registered office is at Ground Floor (North Suite), 55 Baker Street, London, England, W1U 8EW.


5. Purchase necessary. Current valid email address and internet access required.


6. The promotion is open from 00:01hrs on 18.06.2025 and closes at 23:59hrs on 15.07.2025 (the "Purchase Period"). Any purchases received outside this period will not be accepted. 

7. Claims must be made between 00:01hrs on 18.06.2025 and 23.59hrs on 30.07.25 (the "Claim Period"). All claims received outside this period will not be accepted.


8. Once successfully verified claimants receive their reward, a holiday booking must be made on easyjet.com/holidays between 18.06.2025 and 12.08.2025 for a holiday to be taken by 31.10.26 (the "EasyJet Booking Period").


9. TO CLAIM REWARD: during the Purchase Period claimants must purchase 1 x participating Pringles 185g product - Original flavour; Salt & Vinegar flavour; Sour Cream & Onion; or BBQ flavour, from any participating Tesco store or online at www.tesco.com/groceries. Claimants must then visit www.summergetaway.co.uk before the end of the Claim Period and enter their full name, current valid email address and upload proof of purchase (a photo or scan or receipt or online confirmation). A claim will be invalid if not all claim requirements and all requested fields are completed correctly on the website.


10. THE REWARD: Following the claim process above, successful validated claims will be responded to by email within 3 working days of receipt by the Third-Party Reward Fulfilment Agency. Claimants should also check their email spam/junk folders. The email will include a personal promotion code to receive £100 off per booking at EasyJet Holidays with a minimum spend of £1000. Spend amount is per booking based on the total holiday price (excluding the optional cost of airport parking). The promotion code must be applied on the 'extras' page of easyJet.com/holidays or via a local travel agent. The promotional code is valid for new bookings made only during the EasyJet Booking Period. Unused promotion codes will automatically expire after 12.08.25. 11. The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical, network or software reasons or otherwise or any other reason beyond the Promoter's control. Claimants who make claims on someone else's behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter's discretion. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected claims will not be accepted.


12. Maximum 1 promotion code per holiday booking. Maximum 5 promotion codes per person during the Claim Period.


13. Each product receipt (or other proof of purchase) is for 1 claim only. Once claimants have submitted their claim, that receipt will no longer be valid for further retries. Any attempts to enter the receipt more than once or receipts not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such claims will be declared void.


14. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from syndicates, consumer groups or third parties or other automated means along with claims which do not satisfy these terms and conditions will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using multiple handsets, multiple identities or a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s claims will be disqualified, and any reward will be void. 

15. No alternative reward will be provided, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar reward of equal or greater value. The reward is non-transferable, cannot be resold, auctioned, exchanged and cannot be redeemed in whole or in part for cash.


16. The decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into.


17. Any additional costs which may be incurred in this promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described for the applicable reward (for example, personal expenses whilst on holiday) are not included in the reward and must be paid by customers separately.


18. Under no circumstances will the Promoter and its associated agencies be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with the promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. ​ ​


19. The Third-Party Reward Fulfilment Agency reserves the right to verify all claims including but not limited to asking for proof of ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification that clearly states the claimant's date of birth) and original purchase receipt or documentation in its original format. The Third-Party Reward Fulfilment Agency reserves the right to refuse to give a reward or withdraw a reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the claimant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s claim requirements or otherwise where a claimant has gained unfair advantage in participating or rewarded using fraudulent means. Those who try and circumvent the claim process by any method, will be disqualified and any reward will be void. 

20. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.


21. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent claims.


22. The Data Controller and Third-Party Reward Fulfilment Agency is responsible for fulfilling the reward. Any personal data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion will only be used for validation of claims, claim notification and for administering the Promotion, unless claimants have expressly consented for it to be used for any other purposes (for example, in subscribing to the Third-Party Reward Fulfilment Agency marketing newsletters). Claimant's personal details be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation. Claimants can request access to their personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, or exercise any other of their rights under data protection legislation by sending an email to lets.talk@tlcworldwide.com Data will be stored for three months after the close of the promotion before deletion. By participating in the promotion, claimants agree to the use of their personal data as described in these Terms and Conditions.


23. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction​.
